  2. Micromax committed to certification to deliver process improvement and also win more tenders.

WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  1. The Certification they are certified to currently are combined 4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 as they recognised that there were various risk factors involved as part of the scope of their organisation.
  2. Neil Laidler was the allocated Lead auditor and played a hands on role in scheduling the audit. They received the audit plan on time. They also received the audit report a bit early and found that the audit helped them achieve their objectives for the financial year.

WHAT WAS THE CONTEXT?

  1. Area 3 provide project management consultancy expertise to construction firms.
  2. Their goal was to be able to achieve significant process improvement within their organisation to help expand.

WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  1. They achieved certification to AS 4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 initially as they recognised that deaiing with construction risks (Manual handling, falling from height, Dust) meant they needed to ensure there were processes established for managing Safety risks.
  2. Tushar as the Lead auditor spent time with Charles before the audit understanding the key pain points that they wanted to resolve through certification process. Tushar really committed to delivering a high quality Audit report that captured key improvement opportunities

WHAT WAS THE CONTEXT?

  1. Capral manufacture and maintain stockholding of aluminium alloy extrusions including powder coating and anodising and value adding products..
  2. They were first certified with us in 2018 to 4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 with the focus on improving the overall safety record and achieve process improvement.

WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  1. Ian Erskine was allocated the responsibility with his extensive experience in the industry and invested in a very risk based approach recognising the High risks and reviewing the risk controls.
  2. Ian delivered a substantial improvement in the number of incidents happening on site through effective value based auditing.
